STANLEY H. WEISS has been President and Director of Weiss, Sugar, Dvorak & Dusek, Ltd. and its predecessor accounting firms in Chicago, Illinois, since September 1990. Mr. Weiss served as the firm's Secretary-Treasurer from October 1981 until 1990, and has been a Principal of the firm since December 1978. As a practicing Certified Public Accountant since 1974, Mr. Weiss has been actively involved in consulting with entrepreneurs and managers in the areas of income taxes, litigation support, auditing, business planning and valuation, financial controls, and employee incentives. He has served as a director of a public corporation. He has a B.S. in Accounting from Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois.
