In Memoriam

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Stanley (Stan) H. Weiss, CPA, former Managing Partner of WSDD CPAs, Ltd. Stan was an exceptional accountant, trusted advisor, mentor to many, and great colleague. Stan truly cared for his clients and made sure that they were provided with the highest quality of service.

With over 50 years of experience, Stan gained tremendous knowledge and expertise primarily in the representation of closely-held operating businesses, family-owned businesses, and individuals. Stan’s practice centered on serving his client's business needs and included discussions on tax, strategic, estate and financial planning, and management challenges, among other key issues.

It will be our goal to continue to provide service with the principles Stan imparted. Our firm will continue his legacy.
